Color Coatings: Our premium coatings are superior in durability to other powder coats due to our thorough prep work. We have over 41 colors in stock and growing! Each box is outgassed, sandblasted, and coated for guaranteed adhesion! If you need a color that we don't have listed we can offer you to pick from our catalog of over 100 colors!
Most of our coatings are a gloss finish and are affordable at $7.50 each piece. Some colors require two coatings which are just a dollar more at $8.50 each piece!
UV Printing: This printing method is far superior to using water slide decals, vinyl stickers, stamps or sharpies. It will not scratch off easily and does not need a layer of clear coat like most decals. We print graphics anything from monochrome to full color! Our inks are instantly cured by UV light for a solid and permanent adhesion bond to our coated or raw enclosures. We use an industry grade Mimaki printer for the ultimate premium printing service. Our premium UV prints are $7.50 each piece.
A picture proof of one test print is included and will be emailed to you to ensure proper graphic alignment and confirmation before making the permanent graphic. Our printing margin for error is within 1mm. If you require additional test prints, they will be treated as billable at $10 each. so please double check your artwork before submitting. Refunds will not be available for printing for artwork that has been approved.
We are currently offering face printing only (no sides.)
If your graphics require additional formatting to be compatible, there will be a $50/hr service fee.
Please use the following guidelines when submitting your graphics:
- Canvas size must be the exact size of the enclosure surface being printed
- Leave a margin of at least 1mm on each side to ensure your graphic does not hang off the edge of the enclosure.
- Image must be vectorized (transparent background)
- Must be a minimum of 300dpi
- All fonts must be converted to shapes (vector)
- Submit your artwork file as .ai (preferred,) .png or .svg
